Sending a Purchase Order from Propel Rx
When sending a purchase order through Propel Rx, there are two parts that are required:
Part 1: Sending the Purchase Order from Propel Rx
Purchase order(s) contain the information of which drugs and their pack sizes are to be ordered and shipped to your store.
Narcotic, Controlled and Targeted substances are sent as a separate purchase order from the regular drugs.
To send the purchase order from Propel Rx:

Select > Inventory > Order Pad. The Order Pad opens with the Not Sent option selected.

Highlight the first item on the Order Pad and select Verify PO. The Purchase Order window appears.

Verify the items and quantities on the order.
This is the last chance to verify the contents on the Order Pad before the order is sent to PharmaClik for sending.

If everything on the Order Pad is correct, select Send. A window appears.

Ensure the Web Service checkbox is selecting and enter the following information depending on the type of order that is being sent:

For regular orders - PharmaClik User and PharmaClik Password

For narcotic orders - PharmaClik User, PharmaClik Password and Narcotic Code
This is NOT the narcotic signature used for PharmaClik.

Select OK. A message will indicate that the order has successfully been uploaded to PharmaClik.

Repeat Steps 2 - 6 until the Not Sent window is empty.

Proceed to Part 2: Confirming the order on PharmaClik.
Once the purchase order has been sent:

All the items for that order that were part of that order now display in Order Pad > Sent window.

In the P.O.'s tab, the order's status updates to SENT, and the Order Date and Expected Date populate.
Part 2: Confirming the Order on PharmaClik
Once the order has been sent from Propel Rx to PharmaClik, the order still needs to be sent on PharmaClik.
The order will not ship if it is not sent from PharmaClik.

To confirm a regular order:

From the desktop, double-click the PharmaClik icon.

Log into PharmaClik.

From the PharmaClik main menu, select Orders.

Select Order Management.

Select the first Open order. The P.O.# will begin with RX.

Select Continue Checkout until the order status is Confirmed.

Repeat steps 1 - 4 until all orders have been confirmed.
To confirm a narcotic order:

From the desktop, double-click the PharmaClik icon.

Log into PharmaClik.

From the PharmaClik main menu, select Orders.

Select Order Management.
-
Select the first Open narcotic order. The P.O.# will begin with RX.

Select Continue Checkout. The Signature page opens.

Enter the Narcotic Signature.

Select Continue Checkout until the order status is Confirmed.
